Did you know India has added yet another record in its bucket in the Asia Book of Records and guess what which city has made this possible? It is our very own Jaipur.
Gyanjee Caterers has made a whopping 120 KG Ghewar as a shoot up for Salt Food Festival which is scheduled to event on October 20 and 21. Many experienced halwais and customised equipments were used to make this magic happen.
Though the requirement to make a record was to prepare a 20 KG Ghewar but we went a whole lot ahead and made it a 120 KG. Sweetened and garnished with Saffron, Dry Fruits and Mawa, it was presented at Gyanjee’s Advaita at Sirsi Road in the presence of Adjudicators from Asia Book of Records. Around 500 people visited the place to witness the greatness and after that the Certificate of Record was handed over, the record breaking Ghewar was then distributed to the visitors loanscast.co.uk.
This gigantic Ghewar has made us, the people of Jaipur proud by standing tall in the record book. This has also brought Jaipur and it’s food a step forward by getting it the well deserved recognition.
